Delivery Information

For delivery outside the UK any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any customs and import charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be.

For delivery to the EU, Emily and Fin will pay all applicable import duties, local sales taxes and fees associated with delivering your order from UK to Europe.

Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office. 

In the event that you wish to return your order we are unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.
