We are happy to announce that EU shipping is now open again.
Emily and Fin will pay all applicable import duties, local sales taxes and fees associated with delivering your order from UK to Europe 
Delivered by DHL with online tracking for a flat rate of £20 
In some cases, local customs can introduce delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order with DHL.

If you have not received your order within the above stated delivery window please contact us by email on shop@emilyandfin.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)20 7812 992, stating your name and order number. Please note, during peak times such as sales period it can take a little longer for orders to arrive.

We suggest you choose a delivery address where someone is guaranteed to be in to sign for your order, such as your work address. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered items caused by incorrect address details. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK

If you’d like to place an order and live outside one of the countries we currently deliver to, please contact us by email on shop@emilyandfin.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)20 7812 992, and we can discuss delivery on case-by-case basis.

Where applicable any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any customs and import charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office. In the event that you wish to return your order we are unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.

RETURNS

We've extended our usual returns period for Christmas for any customers wishing to buy gifts.

If you need to return anything, please send this back to us by 11th January.

Please use our returns portal at emilyandfin.gfs-returns.com where you will be guided through the returns process and have the option to print a returns label at home. If you are not able to use this portal, please ensure returned items have a note including the following information in order for us to process your refund: 

Your full name, email address, order number and the items being returned.

All merchandise must be returned unused and within its original packaging.

We suggest using a tracked or recorded service to send items back to ensure they get to us safely and keeping your proof of postage as unfortunately we are not able to accept responsibility or reimburse for any lost or damaged items.

The cost of the return is your responsibility unless items are faulty or incorrect. 

Once we receive your return at our studio, a refund for the purchase amount excluding delivery charge will be issued to you within 14 working days. Please note, this may take a little longer if you are returning from outside of the UK as returns may take longer to get back to us. 

Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. 

Please note, for EU returns it is essential to use the returns portal to avoid any extra taxes or duties being payable.

Unfortunately, items bought in our online sample sale are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

Currently we can only offer an exchange service for the UK and unfortunately this is not available during sale.

FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item(s) or incorrect item(s) please contact us immediately on shop@emilyandfin.co.uk

If you can include a description and photos of the fault that would be very helpful for our quality controller.
