If you have not received your order within the above stated delivery window please contact us by email on shop@emilyandfin.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)20 7812 992, stating your name and order number. Please note, during peak times such as sale periods it can take a little longer for orders to arrive.

We suggest you choose a delivery address where someone is guaranteed to be in to sign for your order, such as your work address. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered items caused by incorrect address details. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.

Any international taxes and import duty charges must be paid by the recipient. If applicable, these will be calculated for you at checkout. In the event that you wish to return your order we are unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.

RETURNS

We hope you love your new Emily and Fin styles but if you wish to return anything you can do this within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note we have separate returns portals for UK and International orders.

 

UK RETURNS 

Please use our UK returns portal at emilyandfin.gfs-returns.com where you will be guided through the returns process and have the option to print a returns label at home. Please enter your invoice number without hashtags and note that this and your email address are case and space sensitive.

The options available on our portal are as follows:

DHL Express Courier Collection - £7.95
No Carrier – Arrange your own postage (detailed below)

If you are in the UK and not able to use this portal, please ensure returned items have your original invoice or a note including the following information in order for us to process your refund:

Your full name, email address, order number and the items being returned.

All merchandise must be returned unused and within its original packaging.

We suggest using a tracked or recorded service to send items back to ensure they get to us safely and keeping your proof of postage as unfortunately we are not able to accept responsibility or reimburse for any lost or damaged items.

The cost of the return is your responsibility unless items are faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your return at our studio, a refund for the purchase amount excluding delivery charge, will be issued to you within 30 working days. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

Please use our international returns portal at web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQFN, where you will be guided through the returns process and have the option to pre-pay and print a returns label at home (Prepaid Express) or to return via your own courier service (Standard Return). Please include the hashtag in your invoice number, and note that it is case and space sensitive.

Once we receive your return at our studio, a refund for the purchase amount excluding delivery charge, will be issued to you within 30 working days. Please note, this may take a little longer if you are returning from outside of the UK as returns may take longer to get back to us. 

Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. 

Please note, for EU returns it is essential to use the returns portal to avoid any extra taxes or duties being payable.

Items bought in our online Sample Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

Currently we can only offer an exchange service for the UK and unfortunately this is not available during sale.

FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item(s) or incorrect item(s) please contact us immediately on shop@emilyandfin.co.uk

If you can include a description and photos of the fault that would be very helpful for our quality controller.
