DELIVERY DETAILS CHARGES
UK - Mainland UK next day delivery, place your order by 12pm to receive the next working day.
- Standard delivery Monday to Friday within 3 working days.
- Deliveries will be sent via DPD courier service and will require a signature.
- £6.95 Mainland UK next day delivery.


- £4.95 Standard Delivery, free when you spend over £100.

EUROPE - Monday to Friday within 3 working days.
- Deliveries will be sent via DHL courier service and will require a signature.
- €12, free when you spend over €150.
USA & CANADA - Monday to Friday within 3-5 working days.
- Deliveries will be sent via DHL courier service and will require a signature.
- £15, free when you spend over £150.
REST OF THE WORLD - Monday to Friday within 3-7 working days.
- Deliveries will be sent via DHL courier service and will require a signature.
- £20, free when you spend over £200.

If you have not received your order within the above stated delivery window please contact us by email on [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)20 7812 992, stating your name and order number. Please note, during peak times such as sales period it can take a little longer for orders to arrive.

We suggest you choose a delivery address where someone is guaranteed to be in to sign for your order, such as your work address. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered items caused by incorrect address details. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK

If you’d like to place an order and live outside one of the countries we currently deliver to, please contact us by email on [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)20 7812 992, and we can discuss delivery on case-by-case basis.

Where applicable any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any customs and import charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office. In the event that you wish to return your order we are unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to return it for a refund or an exchange. If you do decide to return any item(s) it must be returned to us in its original state within its original packaging. All returns must be sent back with a completed returns form. Please state on this form if you would like a refund and/or exchange. We are unable to process any item(s) received outside this returns window.

In the event that you wish to exchange an item please complete the details of the exchange on the returns form. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will process the exchange or refund you if the requested size / style is not available.

We ask that returns be sent back via a tracked service and that you retain a proof of postage receipt until you receive notification of your refund and/or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot refund any costs incurred from returning an item. We will however refund any original postage paid.

We aim to refund any returned item(s) within 30 days once it has passed inspection by our returns team. If after this time you have not received your refund please contact us by email on [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)20 7812 9992 with the relevant tracking information so we can investigate further. Please note, if items are returned to the incorrect address it may take us longer to process them, please ensure you check before sending items back to us.
