If you have not received your order within the above stated delivery window please contact us via email or by calling us on +44 (0)20 7812 9992, stating your name and order number.

Please note, during peak times (such as during sale periods) it can take a little longer for orders to arrive.

All orders are sent out on a tracked and signed for service unless requested otherwise. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order. We suggest you choose a delivery address where someone is guaranteed to be in to receive your order, such as your work address. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered items caused by incorrect address details. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.  

Delivery Outside the UK

If you’d like to place an order and live outside one of the countries we currently deliver to, please email us and we can discuss delivery on case-by-case basis.

Where applicable any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any customs and import charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office. In the event that you wish to return your order we are unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred. 

RETURNS

You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to return it for a refund or an exchange. If you do decide to return any item(s) it must be returned to us in its original state within its original packaging. All returns must be sent back with a completed returns form. Please state on this form if you would like a refund and/or exchange. We are unable to process any item(s) received outside this returns window.

In the event that you wish to exchange an item we recommend you contact us prior to returning your item(s) to check we have the alternative size / style available to avoid disappointment. 

We ask that returns be sent back via a tracked service and that you retain a proof of postage receipt until you receive notification of your refund and/or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot refund any costs incurred from returning an item. We will however refund any original postage paid.

Returns from overseas may take a little longer to reach us so please notify us by email, stating your order number and full name.

We aim to refund any returned item(s) within 14 days once it has passed inspection by our returns team. If after this time you have not received your refund please contact us by email or call us on +44 (0)20 7812 9992 with the relevant tracking information so we can investigate further.

FAULTY ITEMS / INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item(s) please return this to us detailing all / any faults. If you receive the incorrect item please contact us immediately so we can arrange an exchange.
